During this collaboration, three primary questions were posed to LeftField Studio. Initially, the challenge was to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing on an international level for various initiatives. Later, the focus shifted to translating goals into tangible results, emphasizing innovative solutions to accelerate transformation. As insights grew, the ambition emerged to consolidate everything into a strategic plan for the next six years, with LeftField Studio guiding the client in developing this plan.

LeftField Studio promoted international collaboration by organizing an inspiring day for the client's Innovation Ambassadors from different countries, introducing Design Thinking as both a mindset and a tool. For innovative solutions, LeftField Studio collaborated with young professionals from TU Delft and the client in a two-day event focused on concrete, creative solutions for the sustainability and livability of urban environments. Finally, in multiple sessions with the client's board, a six-year roadmap was developed, with LeftField Studio focusing on bringing together diverse perspectives and formulating small, achievable steps.
